Hi Mark, Thank you for sending through the invoice so promptly - most appreciated. I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Just Bins team – I was most impressed with the service in the weekend! I called at 11.30 am to query if we were able to have the 9m bin collected and replaced with a 6m bin – this was agreed and within an hour the 9m was collected and within 2 hours replaced with a 6m. This was extremely efficient service and hugely helpful in allowing us to completely clear out a house within the day. After looking at various bin suppliers, Just Bins stood out as a no mess, straight up sort of company. They answered my questions and once I ordered the bin it was dropped off with in an hour and picked up with in two hours of phoning. Great service with good customer communication Brian I found this company very helpful with a large variety of bins they helped me choose the right size . The job progressed quicker than we thought and by day two we needed another bin delivered and the other one taken away. I rang the office 7.30 on Sunday morning to find a very helpful man who said they were very busy but would do his best to get me another bin that morning. I know that ordering a skip can be a troublesome thing if left out on the roadside as people can randomly use it when we are not aware of it and take advantage of people who have paid for the skip. I had accidently ordered a skip from the wrong google search and by golly I am glad I did!. I had ordered a skip under my builders suggestion for a particular size and type etc. Hard Fill only and only 2cubic metres to remove my small amount of concrete and someone randomly put 2 HUGE old style TVs on top to over load my skip. I called and explained my predicament. These guys were so kind and understanding, told me not to worry and they will take care of it for me. I am as I said soo glad I ordered from these guys as most companies would have said tough luck we are going to charge you for your misfortune, not these guys, I will definitely not hesitate to order from them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone I know. I was on site at your business and met a driver. He made a phone call and within 15 minutes a skip had arrived at my place. I was very happy with the service because it was speedy, friendly and accommodating to my tricky driveway. When I needed it taken away, it was removed and replaced by an empty skip within half a day! Another great job from Just Bins! Ordered a 6m Skip and it was delivered the next day and collected 24 hours later. These guys are efficient, they come on time, expertly place their bins so they don't block the driveway or the footpath and pick up when they say they will. The drivers are polite, come to the door to double check that you've finished with the bin and even cover the bin with netting so that stuff never flies off. I've written their 0800 number permanently in my phone book because I know they'll get the job done. Christine

We were so impressed with Mataua when he delivered the skip from Just Bins, seems like our driveway was too tricky for the driver from the company i had previously booked and he left very disgruntled. However, Just Bins based in Browns Bay accomplished the job after having been contacted with only a few hours notice. Thanks to Matauas clever maneuvering and good humor we were able to get the job done. While I was very happy with the initial delivery time of two hours from when I phoned, when the bin actually arrived within thirty minutes I was really impressed as it tied in perfectly with my work program. I would also like to mention how impressed I was with the Lady driving the truck when the bin arrived. She has a lovely personality and nothing was too much trouble for her. An asset to treasure I think. The pickup was also extremely prompt. It only took me about an hour an a half to load the bin and it was collected again within about forty five minutes of my call. Unfortunately I was not on hand when it was collected but I am happy, to say the least, that the lawn over which the truck had to drive, showed no evidence that it had been there. Had there been of course I would have understood. In this day and age it is extremely refreshing to have dealings with a Company who takes pride in what they are doing and go the extra mile, as they say.
